미국 유학중 치명적 교통사고로 숨진 것으로 발표된 삼성그룹 이건희 회장의 셋째 딸 윤형씨의 사인은 사고가 아닌 자살로 알려졌습니다. 윤형씨는 지난 18일반 유학중인 뉴욕대 인근 숙소에서 목을 매 숨진 상태에서 발견된 것으로 뒤늦게 확인됐습니다. 뉴욕 검시소는 이와 관련해 윤형씨의 사망원인을 조사한 결과, 목을 맨 흔적 말고는 다른 원인을 찾지 못했다고 밝혔습니다. 인터넷 개인 홈페이지를 운영하는 등 삼성의 다른 자녀와는 달리 활달한 성격의 소유자로 알려진 윤형씨가 스스로 목숨을 끊은 이유는 명확이 밝혀지지 않고 있습니다. 지난 9월부터 뉴욕대에서 아트 매니지먼트를 전공해온 윤형씨는 개인 신상문제로 우울증을 겪고 있던 것으로 알려졌습니다. 삼성그룹은 지난 18일 윤형씨가 치명적 교통사고를 당한 뒤 19일 새벽 사망했으며, 이에 따라 21일 원불교 장례 절차에 따라 화장했다고 밝혔습니다. 그러나 사고시간과 장소 피해자와 가해자, 사고차량 목격자가 전혀 나타나지 않아 교통사고가 아니라는 추측이 나돌았었습니다.

이 영화의 원작은 보지 못하였다. 그러나 한번 보고 싶다.
원작을 보고, 책을 봤어야 했으나, 아쉽게도 그렇게 하지는 못하였다.
원작을 보고 영화 보는 것을 추천한다.

불륜. 현재에도 ‘금지된’관계이다. 그럼에도, 금지된 것에 대한 매력에 의해서일까.. 이 영화는 불륜을 다루고 있다.
두개의 사랑이 나온다. 코지마 토루와 시후미 , 그리고 코지와 기미코. 둘다 연상을 사랑 했으나, 결말은 달랐다. 난 토루와 시후미의 사랑이 더 맘에 들었다. 토루와 시후미의 사랑은 해피엔딩이어서 그럴수도 있겠지만, 코지와 기미코의 헤어지는 방식이 맘에 안들었기 때문이기도 하다..
코지마 토루는 시후미가 좋아하는 것을 좋아한다. 그녀의 관심사를 알려고 노력한다. 라프마니로프의 피하노 협주곡을 들으며, 말러의 교향곡을 듣는다. 어느덧 시후미는 토루의 삶의 중요한 부분이 되어 버렸다.
“시후미는 작고 아름다운 방이예요. 이제와서 거기서 나오면 살 수 없어요. 살아도 이미 의미가 없어요.”
이미, 너무 많이 동화가 되어 버렸기 때문일까? 이별 통보를 받은후 자살을 하려 한다. 그리고 시후미는 그를 쫓아가서 잡으려 하나, 입구에서 주져앉고 만다. 그런 그녀의 모습에 너무 가슴이 아펐다. 현실이라는 장벽이 그녀를 막았던 것이다. 그리고 감정이 아니라, 언제나 항상 현실을 생각해야 하는 그녀가 안타까웠다. 감정이 나서기 전에, 이성이 먼저 나가야 하는 나이. 그런 나이 였던 것이다.

그러나 모든것을 포기하고, 다음역.. 신세계, 시후미는 코지마 토루에게로 간다.
동경타워, 어펠탑. 그리고 한국의 남산타워..
조금이라도 더 높이, 하늘에 다다를려고 하는..
이런 높은 타워를 보면 왠지 자연을 거스르는듯한 느낌을 받는다.
그러나 이들의 밤은 아름답다. 그들이 내는 빛을 보면 아름답다. 라는 말이 나온다.
불륜. 사회 통념상 인정되지는 않지만. 사랑이라는 관점에서 본다면, 그들의 사랑도 아름답지 않을까?
이 영화를 영화를 보기 전에 책을 보라고 추천하는 이유는, 이 영화는 대사가 너무너무 멋지기 때문이다. 이런 대사는 읽어서 한번더 생각해보는것도 좋은 선택일것 같다. 귀로 듣는 거와, 내가 들으며 느끼는 것은 분명 다르기 때문이다.

이건희 삼성 회장의 3녀 윤형씨의 갑작스런 사망으로 그가 보유하고 있는 삼성 계열사 지분에 관심이 모이고 있다.
22일 삼성 등에 따르면 윤형씨는 삼성에버랜드 20만9129주(8.37%), 삼성네트웍스 292만1905주(2.81%), 삼성SDS 257만260주(4.6%) 등의 비상장주식을 보유하고 있다. 두 언니인 부진, 서현씨와 같은 지분율이다.
이중 에버랜드 지분은 편법 발행으로 법원에서 유죄판결을 받은 전환사채(CB)를 전환한 것이며 SDS 지분은 신주인수권부사채(BW)를 통해 인수한 것이다.
비상장이어서 보유 지분의 정확한 가치는 측정할 수 없지만 매출이나 순이익 등 경영실적 뿐 아니라 이들 계열사가 그룹내에서 차지하는 역할을 감안할 때 평가액은 상당할 것으로 분석된다.
부자 리스트를 전문으로 다루는 온라인 경제매거진 에퀴터블의 2002년 9월 조사에서 윤형씨는 이명희 신세계 회장, 어머니인 홍라희 여사에 이어 두 언니와 함께 여성 부호 4위에 오르기로 했다. 에퀴터블이 평가한 가치는 870억원이었다.
보유 지분중 가장 관심을 끄는 것은 에버랜드다. 삼성에버랜드는 올 3분기까지 1230억원의 영업이익에 868억원의 순이익을 냈다. 에버랜드는 이같은 경영실적 뿐 아니라 삼성그룹의 지주회사 역할을 한다는 점에서 남다른 의미를 갖는다.
‘삼성에버랜드→삼성생명→삼성전자→삼성카드→삼성에버랜드’로 이어지는 순환출자의 정점에 있는 지분을 8% 넘게 보유하고 있는 것. 물론 이재용 삼성전자 상무가 25.1%를 보유하고 있고 두 언니도 합쳐 16.74%의 지분을 갖고 있어 경영권에 절대적인 영향을 주지는 않지만 그룹의 지주회사라는 점에서 지분의 이동은 매우 민감한 사안일 부 밖에 없다.
삼성SDS도 1302억원의 영업이익과 992억원의 순이익을 냈다. 삼성네트웍스는 지난해 242억원의 순이익을 냈다.
상속법에 따르면 미혼인 자녀의 사망시 자녀가 보유한 재산은 특별한 조건이 없다면 법적 보호자인 부모에게 일차적으로 상속된다. 물론 별도의 공증을 통해 유사시 상속을 명확하게 했다면 그 상속자에게 증여(사인증여)된다. 이 경우 증여세를 내게된다.
비상장 주식이어서 상속이나 증여시 세금을 책정하는 것도 쉬운 일은 아니다. 일례로 에버랜드는 지난 96년 CB 발행가격을 너무 낮게 책정했다는 이유로 당시 경영진들에게 업무상 배임죄가 적용되기도 했다. 삼성은 당시 CB 발행가 7700원에 문제가 없다는 입장을 고수하고 있다.
삼성은 현재 지분의 처리에 대해서까지 구체적인 방침을 정하지는 않았다고 전했다. 이날 새벽 장례를 치른 경황이 없는 시점에서 주식의 처리 방안까지 정할 틈이 없었다는 설명이다. 이에따라 이번 사고가 어느 정도 진정된 시점에서 윤형씨의 지분 처리가 가시화될 것으로 예상된다. 삼성 관계자는 “윤형씨가 보유한 지분이 특정 사람에게 상속되도록 공증된 것인지는 확인되지 않고 있다”고 말했다.
아름다운 미소년 가니메데(Ganimede)가 물병에서 물을 따르고 있는 모습의 별자리이다. 가니메데는 트로이의 왕자였으나 신에게 술을 나르던 청춘의 여신 헤베(Hebe)가 발목을 다친 후 그녀의 역할을 대신하기 위해 독수리에게 납치당해 올림푸스 산에서 살게 되었다고 한다. 물병자리라고 부르고 있으나 정확한 이름은 ‘물을 나르고 있는 사람’이다. 물병자리는 황도 위의 11번째 별자리로 태양은 해마다 2월 중순에서 3월 중순 사이에 이 별자리를 지나간다.
찾는 법
가을철의 대표적인 길잡이인 페가수스자리의 바로 남쪽에 있는 커다란 별자리이나 뚜렷한 특징이 없다. 이 별자리를 찾는 가장 빠른 방법은 페가수스의 머리 아래에서 Y자 형태로 된 4등성의 물병을 찾는 것이다. 물병 서쪽으로 보이는 두 개의 3등성은 가니메데의 어깨에 해당한다. 그러나 별들이 놓인 모양만으로는 물병 외에 사람의 모습을 상상하기는 무척 힘들다.

M 73(NGC 6994)

M 72의 동쪽 1.5˚ 되는 곳에서 약간 남쪽에 보이는 삼각형 모양의 세 별로 사진 속에서는 4개로 보인다. 그러나 M 73은 실질적인 성단은 아니다.

베타(β)별 북쪽에 있는 6등급 성단으로 주변에 밝은 별이 없어서 쉽게 찾을 수 있다. 쌍안경으로도 쉽게 찾을 수 있으며 희미한 성운 모습으로 보인다. 200mm 이상의 망원경으로는 하나하나의 별을 구별할 수 있다.
M 72(NGC 6981)
20h 53.5m -12˚ 32´ 9.35등급 5.9´
서쪽 아래에 있으며 9등급 구상성단으로 특별히 주목을 끄는 대상은 아니다. 그러나 작은 망원경으로도 관측할 수 있고 크기가 작아서 오히려 쉽게 발견할 수 있다.

NGC 7009(Saturn Nebula)

뉴(ν)별 서쪽 1˚ 쯤에 보이는 8등급 성운으로 작은 망원경으로 보면 작은 녹색 원반처럼 보인다. 이 성운은 대형 망원경으로 찍은 사진 속에서 토성과 비슷한 모양으로 보여서 ‘토성성운(Saturn Nebula)’이란 이름이 붙었다. 150mm 정도 망원경으로 70배 이상의 배율이면 귀가 달린 원반 모양을 볼 수 있다.

엡실론(ε)별 서쪽에 보이며 우리에게 가장 가까이 있는 행성상성운으로 지구에서 약 600광년 떨어져 있다. 또한 이 성운은 겉보기 크기가 보름달의 절반쯤으로 행성상성운 중에서 매우 큰 편에 속한다. 비록 큰 공간에 퍼져 있어서 희미하게 보이지만 쌍안경이나 저배율의 망원경으로는 둥근 성운 모습을 분명히 확인할 수 있다. 이 성운의 아름다움은 사진에서 잘 나타나는데 사진에서는 두 개의 겹친 가스 고리를 볼 수 있다. 이러한 모습으로 이 성운은 ‘쌍가락지성운’ 혹은 ‘나선성운(Helix Nebula)’으로 불린다.
유성우
물병자리에서는 해마다 네 번의 유성우가 나타난다. 가장 큰 유성우는 물병자리에타유성군(η Aquarids)으로 극대점에 이르는 5월 6일경에는 시간마다 35개쯤의 유성이 나타난다. 물병자리델타유성군(δ Aquarids)은 7월 29일을 전후해서 시간마다 약 20개의 유성이 나타난다. 이 유성군은 8월 7일에도 한 번 더 나타나는데 이 때는 한 시간에 10개 정도의 유성이 떨어진다. 그리고 8월 6일에는 물병자리요타유성군(ιAquarids)이 나타나는데 시간마다 8개의 유성이 떨어진다.
